Rachel R. Tobias

Rachel Tobias joined Carey & Lillevik after practicing for two years with Northwest Defender Association (NDA), a public defense firm in Seattle. During her tenure at NDA, she gained significant trial and litigation experience handling misdemeanor, felony, and dependency cases. Prior to working in public defense, Rachel practiced in tribal court with the Quinault Indian Nation. Her tenacious commitment to her clients and ability to undertake comprehensive legal analysis impresses Carey & Lillevik’s partners. Rachel’s versatility in tribal and state courts makes her a valuable member of the Carey & Lillevik team.
